Maxfield Daley-Watson practices in the areas of civil, commercial, and employment litigation and general corporate matters. He has been practicing law since 2023 and has been with the firm since he served as a law clerk during the summer of 2022. Maxfield enjoys handling complex issues and is dedicated to solving his clients’ matters efficiently and practically, always keeping in mind the best interests of his clients.

Maxfield graduated from Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Arts in Government and minors in History and African Studies. Outside of his course work, he rowed for three years with the Wesleyan Men’s Varsity Crew team. Maxfield received his law degree from William & Mary Law School in Williamsburg, Virginia. While in law school, he served on the board of the William & Mary Bill of Rights Journal and was a Fellow for the William & Mary Election Law Program. While in law school, Maxfield pursued his passion for rowing by serving as an Assistant Coach for the William & Mary Crew Team.

Maxfield is licensed to practice in all courts in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Among other professional associations and memberships, Maxfield is a member of the Fairfax County Bar’s Young Lawyers Association.

Maxfield was born and raised in Seattle, Washington, but is excited to call Northern Virginia his new home. Outside the practice of law, he enjoys traveling and taking long runs or bike rides along the Potomac. He completed the NYC Marathon in 2023 and looks forward to his next athletic competition.
