Corinne Bahner focuses her practice in the areas of employment law and commercial litigation. Ms. Bahner has been practicing law since 2014. As a lawyer, Ms. Bahner is passionate about being a zealous advocate for her clients. She enjoys crafting targeted and practical litigation strategies to efficiently reach an optimal outcome for each matter, and she is cognizant of the financial and personal toll of litigation on both individual and corporate litigants.

Ms. Bahner graduated from the George Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts and obtained her law degree from the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University. After law school, Ms. Bahner worked as a prosecutor in the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office, and she subsequently clerked for the Honorable Mary Grace O’Brien on the Virginia Court of Appeals. Following her clerkship, Ms. Bahner entered private practice in 2020 where she handled a broad range of civil litigation matters on behalf of businesses including employment matters, business disputes, homeowners’ association disputes, workers’ compensation claims, and landlord/tenant matters.

Ms. Bahner is licensed to practice in all courts in the Commonwealth of Virginia, the District of Columbia, Maryland, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. She was recognized in 2024 and 2025 by Best Lawyers as “Ones to Watch” in labor and employment litigation.

Corinne Bahner was raised outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and currently resides in Haymarket, Virginia with her husband and children. She enjoys caring for her family’s flock of 17 chickens, traveling, and learning to ride her motorcycle.
