Mariah A. Henry
Mariah Henry focuses her practice in the areas of employment law, commercial litigation, and general civil litigation. Ms. Henry has been practicing law since 2021, joining the firm after her graduation in May. As a lawyer, Mariah enjoys advocating for those who have experienced discrimination in the workplace and finding ways to address complex legal issues in an approachable manner.
Ms. Henry graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and obtained her law degree from the George Washington University Law School. While in law school, Ms. Henry was a member of the Federal Circuit Bar Journal, the South East Asian Law Student Association, and clerked for an Administrative Law Judge at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Through her clerkship, she obtained an intimate understanding of the complexities of employment discrimination cases within the Federal Sector.
Mariah is licensed to practice in all courts in the Commonwealth of Virginia and is in the process of obtaining her licensure in the District of Columbia.
A native of Northern Virginia, Mariah attended James Madison High School in Vienna, Virginia, and currently lives in Fairfax. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring the constantly evolving food scene in DC, custom painting sneakers, and spending time with her lab-mix, Gracie.
