Kaley Duncan focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning, family law, and general civil litigation. Ms. Duncan has been practicing law since 2018 and has been with the Firm on and off since 2017, when she interned as a summer law clerk. As a lawyer, Kaley enjoys getting to know clients and their families in order to help advocate on their behalf.
Ms. Duncan graduated from Virginia Tech, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations with a double major in Psychology, and obtained her law degree from the University of Richmond School of Law. While in law school, she served as Managing Editor of the Journal of Law and Technology, was elected Vice President of Richmond Women’s Law, acted as a board member of the Trial Advocacy Board, and earned her class’ top grade in Estate and Gift Taxation.
Kaley is licensed to practice in all courts in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Before joining the Firm, Ms. Duncan served as law clerk to the Honorable Grace Burke Carroll at the Fairfax County Circuit Court.
A native of Northern Virginia, Kaley attended South Lakes High School in Reston, Virginia, and currently lives in Fairfax. In her spare time, she enjoys playing volleyball, refurbishing antique furniture, and going on hikes with her lab-mix, Murray.
